Hydes Lyte is a wild-fermented, hand-crafted and meticulously blended alcohol-free cider produced without artificial ingredients. At just 0.5% Hydes Lyte is a premium cider expertly crafted by Hydes Cyder’s master blenders. Using the original 5% gently sparkling, medium-dry Hydes Cyder as a base, Hydes Lyte is finished using unique methods to create a true cider experience without the alcohol. Best served chilled from the fridge or over ice. Equally delightful to drink on its own or with food. Suggested pairings include cured meats, cheese and tapas.
