You are invited to join us for the first in a new series of dining experiences around the Hyde’s Taproom Table.
Seating just 24 guests, the Taproom Table brings together exceptional food, thoughtfully curated drinks and memorable experiences. It is where food, drink and conversation take centre stage.
For the first Taproom Table gathering, we’re delighted to welcome Vulcanus Ambassadors Jay Porter and Gavin Tunnell for an evening celebrating the bold flavours and theatre of live-fire cooking.
Leading the fires is Jay Porter, Fire Cooking Tutor at Lainston House Cookery School, joined by fellow Vulcanus Ambassador Gavin Tunnell.
From the grills, Jay and Gavin will serve:
🔥 Mango Curried Butter Monkfish Skewers
🔥 Charred Chilli & Coffee Picanha Beef with Lime Butter
🔥 Greek Lemon Pepper Chicken with Thyme & Hyde’s Cyder Sauce, served with Greek potatoes and seasonal vegetables
🔥 Fire-Roasted Pineapple S’mores with Hyde’s Cyder Butterscotch Sauce
Guests will also be able to enjoy Hyde’s Cyder, alongside a carefully selected range of wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks, thoughtfully chosen to complement the feast.
