Fresh on the Hampshire alcohol scene, Hydes Cyder is crafted from a blend of orchard apples from the Herriard Estate and Dabinett – a traditional West Country Apple. A gentle sparling medium dry cider that is light on the palate leaving a lingering smooth apple taste.
Best served chilled or over ice. Equally delightful to drink on its own or with food. Suggested pairings include cured meats, cheese and tapas.

We are partnering with a number of local venues, events, shops, pubs and off-licenses to launch our cider in Hampshire and beyond over the coming months. Come and find us and try and buy.
Visit our on-line shop to place orders for a minimum of 12 bottles. There is free delivery to addresses within a 10 mile radius and swift postal deliveries to get your cider to your door.
The Hydes Cyder House Shop in Herriard is open 12 noon – 4 pm Monday to Fridays and by appointment outside of these hours and at weekends.
We offer a Click & Collect service for any order quantities and this can be booked on checkout.
